Salty Surf School teaches surfing at Point Leo and Shoreham in Western Port Bay on the Mornington Peninsula, picking the location each day to suit the conditions. Kids programs include NRMA Insurance Surf Groms, with 4-day school holiday programs capped at 8 groms with 2 staff, covering technique, surfing etiquette and safety, rips and tides, and games; Kids Only Surf Lessons for ages 8 to 15; Salty Groms Club, a four-session fortnightly Friday after-school program for ages 6 to 15; and a Kids Holiday Surf Camp for ages 8 to 14 (13-15 January 2027) with 2 nights in cabins, daily surf lessons and other activities. All equipment, including wetsuits, is provided.
