Palm Grove Walk, Noosa National Park
Last updated October 2026
A short rainforest loop in the Headland section of Noosa National Park that Queensland Parks describes as a short, family-friendly walk. It is 1.1 km return (allow 15-30 minutes, Grade 3), under hoop and kauri pines, piccabeen palms and strangler figs, with fungi, mosses and birdsong along the valley floor. It starts and ends at Noosa Headland day-use area at the end of Park Road, which has flush toilets, free electric barbecues, picnic tables, drinking water and information displays. Parking is limited, so in busy times walk the 1 km boardwalk from Hastings Street, cycle or catch the bus. There are no wheelchair-accessible facilities on the walk. Deadly Espresso cafe is beside the day-use area.
Facts checked against the venue's own website on 23 October 2026.
