Peregian Beach

Peregian Beach is one of Noosa Shire's patrolled beaches. Noosa Council contracts Surf Life Saving Queensland to provide lifeguards at its patrolled beaches and asks swimmers to keep to these areas. Council notes that the eastern beaches, including this one, are exposed to more powerful surf than sheltered Noosa Main Beach, so swim only in the patrolled area and check the Beachsafe app for patrol times and conditions. Peregian Beach Surf Life Saving Club, a volunteer club re-established in 2022, runs patrols and Nippers. Dogs are allowed on leash at South Peregian Beach. Within a short walk (OpenStreetMap): Peregian Beach Bakery (bakery, about 120 m), Skål Coffee (cafe, about 120 m), Mariella (restaurant, about 140 m) and Kouyou (restaurant, about 270 m).
