Harley Park swimming lagoon is on the Broadwater foreshore near the corner of Broad Street and Marine Parade, Labrador, next to the Charis Seafood Market, with barbecue facilities nearby. It is flood-lit in the evenings. Keep off the geo-bag weir, which can be slippery. The City of Gold Coast says its swimming enclosures are popular with children and people who prefer calm natural swimming water, but they are not patrolled by lifeguards: supervise children at all times, keep clear of the nets, and take care as depth varies with the tide. Dogs and fishing are not permitted in the enclosure. Avoid swimming for 3 days after heavy rain.
