Fairy Bower is a triangular 20 m rockpool on Marine Parade, on the walk between Manly Beach and Shelly Beach. It was built by local residents in 1929 and is one of a number of historic pools cut into the coast. The council lists no lifeguard service for this pool. The pool closes regularly for cleaning and refilling, so check the council cleaning roster before you go.
