Wylie's Baths

Wylie's Baths is an ocean tidal pool a few hundred metres south of Coogee Beach, below the Coastal Walkway and overlooking Wedding Cake Island. It has a 50 yard pool for casual swims or laps, a kiosk, toilets, showers and change rooms. The baths are run by an independent not-for-profit Trust and Randwick Council says they cater for everyone from young children to seniors. Entry is charged: $6.50 adults and $3.20 concession (students, pensioners or children). Open 365 days a year from 7am, closing between 5pm and 7pm depending on the season. Dogs are prohibited. Within a short walk are Barzura (restaurant, about 330 m), The Little Kitchen (about 350 m), Bathers Coogee (about 350 m) and Thai Banyantree Coogee (restaurant, about 360 m).
