Worimi Conservation Lands
Last updated October 2026
Huge Stockton dunes near Anna Bay for sandboarding tours, camel rides and permitted beach driving.
The Worimi Conservation Lands at Stockton Bight include the Stockton dunes, which NSW National Parks says are the largest moving coastal sand dunes in the southern hemisphere. They are owned and co-managed by the Worimi Aboriginal community and NSW National Parks. Visitors can fish, birdwatch, drive on the beach with a beach vehicle permit, or join licensed tours such as quad bikes, sandboarding, camel rides and horse riding. Access is via the 4WD beach entrances at Gan Gan Road, Anna Bay, or Lavis Lane, Williamtown. Annual park passes are not valid here, as of October 2026.
Facts checked against the venue's own website on 14 October 2026.
