Tallebudgera Surf Life Saving Club (Talle) has more than 1,000 members. Its Nipper program for children from Under 6 to Under 14 introduces kids to surf lifesaving through beach and water activities in the surf in front of the club, with the calm waters of Tallebudgera Creek used when conditions are rough. Experienced coaches and accredited Age Managers teach surf awareness, swimming, board skills, beach activities and surf safety, and children work towards age-appropriate awards. Surf carnivals are optional. Sunday mornings finish with a sausage sizzle. Children must be at least 5 by 30 September; at least one parent per family joins and holds a Blue Card. The 2026-27 season runs from 27 September 2026 to 7 March 2027, starting at 8am. Play On! vouchers accepted.
