Shaylee Strawberries pick your own

Shaylee Strawberries is a strawberry farm at Atherton on the Atherton Tablelands, a day trip from Cairns, with a pick-your-own paddock. The pick-your-own season generally runs from August to October, weather permitting, and the farm only opens it on days when strawberries are plentiful; it does not open when it is raining. When open, picking runs from 9am to 2pm and no booking is needed. Closed-in shoes must be worn in the paddock, only solid red berries may be picked, and children must be supervised. Opening days are posted on the farm's Facebook and Instagram pages.
