Free council playground in St Leonards Park, North Sydney, with junior play and a play space for kids 12 and up.

St Leonards Park in North Sydney has a custom playground that North Sydney Council says has many accessible items and activities. A new play space for older children aged 12 and up opened on 26 February 2023, with a giant 360-degree swing, a climbing structure with monkey bars, an eagles nest climbing and hiding structure, skysurfer swinging and balancing equipment, a track ride and a climbing boulder. The junior playground was refurbished at the same time and has an outdoor music room, swings, a spinner with a ground-level accessible platform, and sandpit water and sand play. The park also has public toilets, shelters, picnic tables, BBQs, a bubbler. Dogs are not allowed within 10 metres of the playground or BBQs. Entry is free. Parking is limited to surrounding streets, buses run along Miller Street, and it is about a 15-minute walk from North Sydney station.
