Rooftop tennis centre in North Sydney with Hot Shots kids tennis for ages 3-16 and court hire from $37 an hour.

North Sydney Tennis & Fitness (also called Tennis World North Sydney) is a rooftop tennis centre at 37 Ridge Street, run by Sydney Sports Management Group, with 4 synthetic grass courts and a gym. Children aged 3 to 16 can join Tennis Australia's Hot Shots program, which uses modified courts, smaller racquets and lower-bouncing balls; coaches assess each child at enrolment and place them in a stage, from a parent-and-child Kinder class up to full-court match play for ages 11 and over. The centre also offers private lessons for children, birthday parties and school programs, and a free trial. Fees for kids' programs are not published on the website. As of October 2026, court hire costs $37 an hour on weekdays 6am-6pm and $42 an hour on weekday evenings and weekends, booked online. Hours are Monday to Thursday 6am-10pm, Friday 6am-6:30pm and weekends 8am-6:30pm.
