North Sydney gym running small-group after-school gymnastics for ages 7-12 and teen strength classes for 12-15 in 8-week terms.

Performance Playground at 225 Pacific Highway, North Sydney is a gymnastics, strength and fitness gym for adults that also runs a GymKids after-school program. GymKids, for ages 7 to 12, runs on Tuesdays from 3.30pm to 4.30pm and covers gymnastics skills, obstacle courses and athletic games. Teen Strength, for ages 12 to 15, runs on Wednesdays from 3.45pm to 4.45pm and covers strength foundations, bodyweight training and cross training. Classes run in 8-week terms within the school terms, and each class is limited to 8 children. The head coach is an exercise physiologist.
