Sydney Gymnastic and Aquatic Centre (SGAC) is part of West HQ at 33 Railway Street, Rooty Hill, with entry via North Parade. It has a large gymnastics facility and two 25-metre indoor heated pools. Kids programs include parent-assisted KinderGym for ages 2.5 to 4, recreational gymnastics, Ninja for ages 5 to 8, trampolining, learn-to-swim lessons from baby and toddler classes to school-aged lessons for 5 to 17 year olds, and school holiday programs. As of October 2026, KinderGym is $20 per weekday lesson and $22 on weekends, and school-aged swimming lessons are $21 on weekdays and $22.50 on weekends; swimmers need an assessment before enrolling, which can start online. For gymnastics, bring a water bottle, socks for trampoline classes and comfortable fitted clothing. Classes are booked online. The centre opens 6am to 9pm weekdays and 7.30am to 5pm weekends.
