Mudjimba Beach
Last updated October 2026
Council-funded lifeguards patrol Mudjimba Beach all year, and Mudjimba Surf Life Saving Club volunteers add weekend and public holiday patrols from 7am to 5pm (6pm over Christmas) between the September school holidays and early May. The Mudjimba Surf Life Saving Club is next to Power Memorial Park at beach access 123, and council says the beach is next to a park with a playground, with cafes and shops close by. Swim between the red and yellow flags and check beach conditions before swimming. Within a short walk (OpenStreetMap): Sunrise Bakery (bakery, about 40 m), High Tide (restaurant, about 40 m), Mudjimba Store (convenience store, about 40 m) and The Island Surf & Espresso (cafe, about 40 m).
