Surf life saving club on the Esplanade at Christies Beach in Adelaide's south. Its Nippers (junior surf lifesavers) are aged 5 to 13 and take part in age-relevant aquatic activities, building surf awareness, fitness and competition skills. Summer beach training runs on Saturday afternoons from October to March and includes board paddling, beach events, swimming and wades, plus a weekly nipper swim. Juniors can also compete in events such as surf craft, surf swimming, wades, iron events, Cameron relay and march past. Nippers join with an adult member through the Surf Life Saving member portal; under-18 membership was $220 in 2025-26 and the club accepts SA Sports Vouchers.
