Bondi Icebergs Pool (Bondi Baths)
Last updated October 2026
The Bondi Icebergs pool, at the south end of Bondi Beach, is a 50-metre ocean pool built into the rock ledge. It belongs to the Bondi Icebergs Club and is not managed by Waverley Council. The club says the baths are open to the public all year, with a larger lap pool and a smaller kids' pool, and qualified lifeguards on patrol during opening hours. Entry is charged: a single pass is $10 for adults, $7 for children or $30 for a family. Hours are 6am to 6:30pm on weekdays and 6:30am to 6:30pm on weekends; the pool usually closes on Thursdays for cleaning. There is a change room and a sauna. Within a short walk are Bondi Icebergs (restaurant, about 30 m), Kelp (about 160 m), Mojo's (about 180 m) and Bondi Trattoria (restaurant, about 200 m), plus several more restaurants and takeaways.
Facts checked against the venue's own website on 22 October 2026.
