Rainforestation Nature Park at 1030 Kennedy Highway, Kuranda, has three attractions: a 30-minute Army Duck rainforest tour on an amphibious WWII vehicle (hourly 10am to 3pm), the Koala & Wildlife Park with kangaroo hand-feeding, koalas, cassowaries and crocodiles, and the Pamagirri Aboriginal Experience with a dance show at 12pm and 2pm. As of October 2026 the Big Nature Package covering all three costs $71 per adult, $43 per child aged 4 to 14 and $185 for a family of two adults and two children; single attractions are $34/$21/$89 for the Army Duck or Pamagirri and $23/$14/$60 for the wildlife park. Allow about three hours. The park opens daily at 9am (the site gives closing as 3:30pm or 4pm), with free parking, a cafe from 9am to 3pm and ramps and accessible toilets. Pamagirri is unavailable 26 to 29 October 2026.
