Mordialloc Life Saving Club
Last updated October 2026
Volunteer-driven life saving club on the beach at Mordialloc. Its Nippers beach education program for children aged 5 to 13 runs on Sunday mornings, 10:15-11:45am, typically from November to March, and is open to children of all abilities. Children learn through games, beach activities, water skills and surf education. Every Nipper completes an age-appropriate Preliminary Skills Assessment before water activities, which a swimming teacher can sign off. Families are asked to help during the season, such as with beach set-up or the post-session BBQ. Members can also join surf (swim, boards and irons) and beach training through the week, and Life Saving Victoria carnivals.
Facts checked against the venue's own website on 23 October 2026.
