Mooloolaba Foreshore Park (Northern Parkland)

Last updated October 2026

Accessible beachfront playground with a climbing tower, tunnel slides and musical play beside Mooloolaba Beach.

The Northern Parkland on the Mooloolaba foreshore has a large shaded playground with inclusive play elements: a multidimensional climbing net with hammocks, a large climbing tower with rope climbs, an enclosed bridge, small and large tunnel slides and a small double slide, plus a noughts and crosses panel, musical drums, a pommel crossing and swings. There is open space for kick and throw games, shelters, barbecues, picnic tables, accessible public toilets and a 200-metre accessible boardwalk with viewing platforms. Beach access points 169 to 178 are alongside. Council notes stage two foreshore works are under way, so some facilities may be closed as of October 2026. Free to use.

Facts checked against the venue's own website on 14 October 2026.
