Lakeside park with an 8 m play tower, tunnel slides, junior fort and swings at Sippy Downs.

Albany Lakes Park has a series of lakes linked by walking paths. On the north-western side the shade sail covered playground has an 8 metre play tower with a rock climbing wall, rope climbs and tunnel slides, a junior play fort with rope climb and slide, an interactive play unit and swings. Shelters, barbecues, picnic tables, toilets, exercise equipment and parking are provided. Council notes the park is home to a flying fox (fruit bat) roost, so there may be droppings on park furniture at times. Free to use.
