Michael Perry Botanic Reserve at 6 Kurrajong Avenue, Stonyfell is a City of Burnside reserve with a walking trail along Second Creek, which the council says is well used by walkers. The reserve was created in the 1970s from the subdivided historic Clifton Estate and is named after Michael Perry, a Burnside councillor, alderman and mayor from 1958 to 1983. The council lists the reserve as accessible and notes a garden, picnic tables, walking trails and a dog bag dispenser. Parts of the reserve were declared dog on-leash areas in June 2024.
