Last updated October 2026
A roadside lookout on Garie Road in Royal National Park with coastal views over heathland, good for birdwatching and for whale watching in the migration season; in spring the heath flowers with boronia, hakea and gymea lilies. NPWS suggests it as a stop on a car tour, with swimming and barbecues at nearby Garie Beach picnic area, where the toilets and picnic facilities are.
