Daleys Point walking track, Bouddi National Park
Last updated October 2026
A 3.2 km return walk (1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 45 minutes, Grade 3) from near Wards Hill Road along a ridgetop through bushland to Daleys Point Aboriginal Site, with views over Cockle Bay Nature Reserve and Brisbane Water. NPWS calls it a moderately easy walk for a family day trip, with some short steep sections; the sandstone engravings (also called Milligans Cave or Fish Hook Shelter) are an important Aboriginal site, so please do not damage them. Parking is at the top of Wards Hill Road. Mobile reception is limited. Park entry fees apply in the Putty Beach area only.
Facts checked against the venue's own website on 23 October 2026.
