Caves Beach is a sandy surf beach on the Swansea peninsula in Lake Macquarie, between the lake and the Pacific Ocean, known for its series of sea caves at the southern end. The council lists accessible toilets including an accessible family room, accessible barbecues and tables, a picnic shelter, a lookout and accessible walking paths on the headland, and accessible parking. Beach wheelchairs are available during beach patrol season, and there is an accredited Changing Places facility in the reserve near Caves Beach Surf Life Saving Club. The beach is free to visit.
