Little Beach is a small north-west-facing beach in Nelson Bay, next to Halifax Holiday Park and the Nelson Head lighthouse reserve. Port Stephens Council says it is ideal for young children with its sandy expanse and gentle waters, and its accessible jetty has a ramp that gives wheelchair users direct access into the water. Council lists public amenities including accessible toilets, barbecue and picnic facilities, play equipment including an accessible play area, a boat ramp, a jetty and car and trailer parking.
