Whale Beach Rockpool

Whale Beach Rockpool is a 25 m ocean pool at the southern end of Whale Beach, with access from The Strand. No lifeguard service is listed for the pool itself; council lifeguards patrol the adjoining surf beach daily 9am-5pm from the last weekend of September to the last weekend of April. The pool closes regularly for cleaning and refilling, so check the council cleaning roster before you go. The council lists BBQs, a playground, change rooms, toilets and pay-and-display parking.
