Tasman National Park
Last updated October 2026
Tasman National Park covers the sea-cliff coast of the Tasman and Forestier peninsulas, a 90-minute drive from Hobart via Sorell and the Arthur Highway. Tasmans Arch, Devils Kitchen, the Blowhole and Remarkable Cave are each a few steps from the car. At Tasmans Arch and Devils Kitchen the car park has disabled spaces and an all-access toilet, and a flat, sealed circuit is wheelchair accessible. Fur seals, little penguins, dolphins and, in season, whales live in the waters, and Fortescue Bay has a campground and beach. A Tasmanian parks pass is needed (daily pass $49.15 per vehicle).
Facts checked against the venue's own website on 23 October 2026.
