The Tasmanian Chocolate Foundry is a chocolate maker at 3 South Street, Taranna, on the Tasman Peninsula, a day trip from Hobart. It makes a large range of hand-forged chocolate products from Belgian couverture chocolate. From the showroom, visitors can look onto the manufacturing floor where every product is made, sample the hand-forged chocolate and buy ice cream. It is open 10am to 4pm daily, closed Christmas Day, as of October 2026. Prices are not published on the website, apart from products in its online shop. Phone 03 6320 7111.
