School-run heated pool swim school at White Rock with learn-to-swim from age 4 and squads; $190 per term.

TAS Aquatic Centre is the swim school at Trinity Anglican School, 200-212 Progress Road, White Rock, with a heated Olympic-standard pool in 50m and 25m configurations and change rooms. Anyone can join its programs, but there is no casual public swimming or lane hire. Learn to Swim Level 1 is for children aged 4 (kindy age) and over who cannot yet swim, in 30-minute classes at a 4:1 ratio; Level 2 (5:1) is for swimmers with correct freestyle and backstroke, and Level 3 (6:1) for those who can swim 15 metres of each. As of October 2026 each level costs $190 per term, with classes Monday to Saturday. Squads (TASActive, Development, Transitional and Performance) follow for fitness and competitive swimmers. An intensive holiday program runs in some school holidays but not June/July. Book online through the website, email [email protected] or phone 07 4036 8193.
