Rosny Hill Circuit Track

A 2.8 km Grade 2 (easy) circuit around Rosny Hill on Hobart's eastern shore, taking under 2 hours, which the council's track page singles out among eastern shore short walks. The undulating track circles the hill with views of Kangaroo Bay, the Derwent River, kunanyi / Mount Wellington and the Tasman Bridge, and a link track connects it to the Rosny Hill lookout. Enter the reserve from Akuna Street, Rosny (signposted from Rosny Hill Road); park just inside the entrance or at the second car park at the lookout. Dogs must be on a lead.
