Surf life saving club at Normanville on the Fleurieu Peninsula. Its Nippers program is for children aged 5 to 13, offering a fun way to enjoy the beach safely with an educational pathway through the Junior Development Program. For the 2026/27 season, registration day is Saturday 24 October (12pm-2:30pm, with lawn games and a sausage sizzle) and Nippers hits the beach on Saturday 31 October with a Come & Sea Day, sessions running by age group from 2pm. Nippers join with a family membership: $200 for 2 adults and 2 children, plus $25 per extra child, including a nippers rashie and cap.
