Dromana Beach is a Port Phillip Bay beach on the Mornington Peninsula. Dromana Bay Life Saving Club patrols from noon to 5pm (to 6pm from Christmas to late February) between mid-November and mid-April, with the flags set up just left of Dromana Pier; these are the 2025-26 times, as 2026-27 dates are not yet published. The Shire's water safety advice is to always swim at patrolled beaches between the red and yellow flags, check weather, tides, rips and warnings before heading out, and keep children within arm's reach at all times around water.
