Coolum Beach MMA gym with a Combat Kids jiu jitsu and martial arts program for children and young teens.

CombatLab is a mixed martial arts gym in Coolum Beach teaching Brazilian jiu jitsu, Muay Thai and MMA six days a week. Its Combat Kids program runs jiu jitsu and martial arts classes designed for children and young teenagers at least three times a week, led by professional trainers with exercises adapted for kids. The gym says classes focus on fitness, confidence, teamwork and respect, and include how to deal with and defuse bullying situations.
