Blast Aqua Park Coolum is a large inflatable obstacle course floating on a lake at 60 Junction Drive, about 5.3km from Coolum Beach Surf Club. The course is roughly 100 by 70 metres, with slides, blast bags, trampolines, swings, challenge tracks, balance beams and wobble pads. Sessions start on the hour and run for 50 minutes, after a compulsory safety briefing on the beach. Children aged 4 to 6 must go on with a parent one-on-one (both need tickets), children 7 and over can go on alone, and children 3 and under cannot go on the park. Participants must be competent swimmers, and everyone needs a signed online waiver (a parent signs for under 18s). As of October 2026 prices are $32.50 per person for one session, $50 for two sessions and $75 for an all-day pass, the same for all ages; spectators are free. The park is seasonal: its 2026 calendar shows Fridays and weekends in October and November and daily sessions in December. On shore there are shade, free barbecues, change rooms and picnic benches.
