Free riverside regional park along the Canning River with walk and cycle trails, canoe launches, playgrounds and a café at Kent Street Weir.

Canning River Regional Park runs for six kilometres along both sides of the Canning River and is managed by the Parks and Wildlife Service. There is no park entry fee. Families can walk or cycle the signposted dual-use trails, including the 1.5 km Banksia Hill Loop, the 4 km Butterflies, Birds and Bridges Trail and the 6 km Woodloes Walk Trail, which are shared with cyclists. Canoes and kayaks can be launched at Mason's Landing, Kent Street Weir, Riverton Jetty Park and Woodloes Park, and the park is also used for fishing, picnicking and birdwatching. Kent Street Weir has a café, toilets and picnic areas, and the Wilson Wetlands area has a BMX track. Mariamup Street Parkland and Riverton Jetty Park have playgrounds. Woodloes Homestead is one of the few remaining 19th-century houses in the area. Dogs are allowed on a leash.
