Bicentennial Park on Scotch Parade, Chelsea, is a City of Kingston regional park. Its centrepiece is a large fenced adventure playground built in 2010, with two long slides, a Smurf village with music, story and play huts, a shaded sand pit, a giant basket swing, a spiral slide, a rope climbing frame, monkey bars, a flying fox, the Mount Chelsea Express train and a Liberty Swing for people with mobility difficulties (accessed with an MLAK key). Council lists play areas for both little and big kids. The park also has a skate park, pump track, youth zone with soccer and basketball goals, disc golf course, tennis courts, outdoor gym, walking trails linking to the Edithvale-Seaford Wetlands and Long Beach trails, and a dog off-lead area. Facilities include BBQs, picnic shelters, toilets, a baby change station, a Changing Places facility and accessible paths and parking.
