Bents Basin campground

An open, grassy campground beside Bents Basin in Bents Basin State Conservation Area at 525 Wolstenholme Avenue, Greendale, within easy reach of Sydney's suburbs. NPWS says it suits family or group camping, with tents, caravans and trailers welcome; you can relax by the Basin, walk Caleys lookout track, paddle or fish. Facilities include toilets, hot showers, a camp kitchen, barbecues, picnic tables and power. The gate locks daily from 6pm (May to August) or 8pm (September to April); a gate code is emailed after booking. Camping fees apply; park entry of $8 per vehicle per day is extra.
