Learn-to-surf school at Avoca Beach and Terrigal on the Central Coast, with Level 1 and Level 2 accredited surf instructors. Lessons suit any age and any level, with private (1-on-1), semi-private (1-on-2) and group lessons, plus birthday parties; soft surfboards, rash vests and sunscreen are included. It runs the Woolworths SurfGroms program, which teaches children from 5-12 years old core ocean skills across five skill levels through group-based games, along with ocean awareness and beach safety such as surf survival and rescue techniques and basic first aid. Each registered SurfGrom receives a participant pack.
