Yarra Valley Chocolaterie & Ice Creamery at 35 Old Healesville Road, Yarra Glen, is a chocolate maker with free entry. Visitors can try free tastings of the chocolate and ice cream ranges, watch the chocolatiers make handmade chocolates, browse a showroom of more than 500 treats and explore the gardens. As of October 2026, a guided tasting of 12 chocolates costs $4 per person and runs daily at 10:30am, 11:30am, 1:30pm and 3:30pm, with no booking needed. Junior Chocolatier classes run on selected school holiday dates; bookings are essential and spaces are limited. There is an indoor and outdoor cafe, which does not take bookings. The venue has wheelchair ramps, onsite disability parking and disability toilets, and dogs on a lead are welcome outdoors. It is open every day, including public holidays, from 9am to 5pm, except Christmas Day.
