Self-guided chocolate factory tour with games and a chocolate waterfall in Newhaven, Phillip Island; $15 child, $25 adult.

Phillip Island Chocolate Factory (Panny's) is at 930 Phillip Island Road, Newhaven, just over the bridge onto Phillip Island. Entry to the shop and cafe is free; a ticket is needed for Panny's Amazing World of Chocolate, a self-guided tour of about 45 minutes to an hour. It includes a chocolate museum, a chocolate waterfall, a chocolate village with working trains, arcade games where you can win chocolate, the Squirl Machine where you make your own chocolate squiggle, free samples, and windows where you can watch chocolates being made. As of October 2026 tickets are $25 adults (16+), $15 children 4-15, free for children 3 and under with a paying adult, and $72 for a family of two adults and two children. Tickets are bought on arrival; pre-booking is not available. Open daily 10am to 5pm, last tour entry 4pm, closed 24 and 25 December. Closed-in shoes are required.
