The Ginger Factory in Yandina has free entry and is open 7 days, 9am to 5pm, except Christmas Day. Rides and play spaces include Overboard, a family boat ride with music and more than 200 handmade moving puppets, Moreton the Ginger Train (a 15-minute open-air ride around the gardens and factory site), a bee jumping castle, a kids playground, Little Explorers and the Playback Games arcade. There is also a live bee show with honey tasting, a free rainforest and garden walk with the Zog augmented reality trail, a gelato bar and The Ginger Kitchen restaurant.
