Free lifeguarded tropical lagoon pool on the Redcliffe foreshore with a kids' splash pool (currently closed) and a playground nearby.

Settlement Cove Lagoon is a free, tropical-themed public swimming lagoon run by City of Moreton Bay on the Redcliffe Peninsula. The palm-lined main lagoon is 95 metres long and up to 1.8 metres deep, salt water with chlorine, with two ramps into the water and a water wheelchair. A partly shaded, partly fenced children's pool (up to 0.3 metres deep) has mushroom and gecko fountains, but council says the toddler pool is currently closed. There is a playground with swings and a slide nearby, sheltered barbecues and picnic areas, and a seafront path to the Redcliffe Jetty. Lifeguards are on duty 5am to 9pm daily from 1 September to the first Monday in May, and 6am to 6pm from the first Tuesday in May to 31 August. Adults must be in the water within arm's reach of children aged 0 to 5. Entry is free and bookings cannot be made. Construction on Redcliffe Parade is limiting parking, as of October 2026.

Facts checked against the venue's own website on 17 October 2026.
