Free NT Government water park in Leanyer with a pool, paddling pools, water playground, three water slides and an all-abilities playground.

Leanyer Water Park is part of Leanyer Recreation Park at 310 Vanderlin Drive, Leanyer, run by the NT Government. Entry is free. The park has a swimming pool, children's paddling pools, a water playground, three water slides 14m tall and over 100m long, an all-abilities playground, a skate park, a floodlit basketball court, a cycling path and shaded barbecues and picnic areas. As of October 2026, the grassed area and barbecues open 9am to 6pm daily. The lake and wet play area open Wednesday to Sunday, 10am to 6pm. The water slides run Wednesday to Friday 2pm to 5:30pm, weekends 11am to 5:30pm, and 11am to 5:30pm daily in school and public holidays. Wet areas and slides close Mondays and Tuesdays during school terms. Children must be at least 110cm tall for the slides, and parents must stay within arm's reach of children aged 5 and under.
