The extreme sports precinct at JJ Holland Park in Kensington is a place to bring bikes, skates and skateboards. The City of Melbourne lists a BMX track, skate bowl ramps and grinding rails, and describes the South Kensington Skate Park as a large concrete course. There is a public toilet and seating. Council rules say children under 10 must be supervised by an adult, and the use of a helmet, wrist guards, knee and elbow pads is recommended.
