JamFactory is a craft and design organisation at 19 Morphett Street in Adelaide's West End, with working studios in glass, ceramics, furniture and jewellery and metal, plus galleries and a shop. Admission is free. Visitors can watch glass blowers at work from a viewing platform daily from 10am to 12pm and 1pm to 4pm, with no booking needed, and view the current exhibitions. Free 30-minute tours for individuals, couples and families run at 11am Monday to Wednesday without booking; visitors must wear closed-toe shoes on tours. School groups book a paid tour, and high school workshop programs in ceramics and jewellery are available through reception. JamFactory's public short courses are for ages 18 and over. The Adelaide shop and galleries are open daily 10am to 5pm, as of October 2026.
