Haigh's free chocolate experience runs at the Haigh's Visitor Centre and original factory site at 154 Greenhill Road, Parkside, just south of the Adelaide city centre. It covers Haigh's bean-to-bar chocolate making process, the company's history and the original Parkside manufacturing facility. It runs during store trading hours, Monday to Saturday, except public holidays, with times booked online. The guided experience suits adults and children aged 12 and over; the self-guided option is recommended for families with children under 5. Children under 16 must be supervised by a parent or guardian. Prams cannot be stored on site or taken into the experience, and the area has a few steps. Photography, food and hot drinks are not permitted. Parking is limited, and Greenhill Road has no parking 7am-10am and 3pm-7pm on weekdays. Arrive 5 minutes before your booked time.
