Happy Home Reserve Road Safety Park
Last updated October 2026
The Road Safety Park at Happy Home Reserve, Salisbury North, is a purpose-built City of Salisbury space where children learn and practise road safety skills. Its asphalt circuit has pedestrian and train crossings, working traffic signals, road signs and line markings for bike riders, scooter users and walkers. It is open all hours; the traffic lights run daily from about 8am to 7.30pm. It is unstaffed, so a parent or carer must supervise. Council lists a fenced play area, BBQ and picnic areas, basketball and futsal courts and an expanded car park shared with the Salisbury Aquatic Centre next door.
Facts checked against the venue's own website on 23 October 2026.
