For this reason the barbecues and picnic shelters are usually in high demand on weekends. The most popular section of the park is the safari-themed playground. The second playground is by Yodelay Street and is well suited for younger children. There is lots of natural shade, easy climbing equipment, a merry-go-round, swing set and a spider net. Toilets are available onsite near the Yodelay Street entrance. Access for people with disabilities includes a pathway through the parklands to all park facilities. Disabled toilets as well as disabled parking spaces are also available. Within a short walk are Treeview Food Place (about 381 m) and Treeview Super Store supermarket (about 372 m).
