Five-court tennis club at 13 Clifton Road, Clifton Beach, with junior group coaching Tuesdays and Saturdays; junior coaching membership $25 a year.

Clifton Beach Tennis Club Inc is a community club at 13 Clifton Road, Clifton Beach, with five floodlit hard courts available 6.30am to 10.30pm daily; members get a lockbox and gate code and there is a kiosk. Group junior coaching is run by Scott Thorpe through Grit Tennis on Tuesdays 4pm to 6pm and Saturdays 8am to 10am (0498 740 066); he also organises junior tournaments. Resident coach Fred Lay offers private coaching, including wheelchair and low vision tennis. As of October 2026 the 2026 memberships are Junior coaching membership $25 (for children in the Grit program), Student $65, Adult $95, Family $160 a year (up to seven members), and one-month holiday memberships for visitors at $10 adult or $15 family. Casual court hire and coaching fees are not published. The club also runs social and competition tennis and pickleball. Contact is via the website form or Facebook.
