Chocolate Elements is an artisan chocolate shop and working chocolate laboratory at Ground Floor, 99 Melbourne Street, South Brisbane. The shop is open 10am to 4pm, Wednesday to Sunday, and offers complimentary tastings. It also runs booked chocolate experiences. In Chocolate Crafting (Decorate Your Own Highland Coo, about 60 minutes) the team does the hard work and participants decorate their own chocolate treat; it suits ages 10 and up, and children aged 5 to 10 can attend with a full-paying adult. The Introductory Milk and Dark Chocolate class (about 2 hours, ages 10 and up, 2 to 4 people) covers tempering and making your own couverture chocolate, and a Sensory Chocolate Tasting (about 60 minutes, ages 10 and up) is also offered.
